  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be processed after order verification via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately:

  • Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4 to 7 business days
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas: 5 to 10 business days or more

Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned back to us due to failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, we reserve the right to:

  • Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders for repeated failed deliveries

  • Share a proper unboxing video for quick review
