This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through festivehub.co.in. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

We request all customers to carefully read the product description, size details, material information, and images before placing an order.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a product with a major manufacturing defect
  • Your order was paid online but could not be delivered due to unavoidable reasons from our side

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as an unboxing video, product images, and order details.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the customer simply does not like the product after delivery
  • If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or variant by mistake
  • If the product matches the website description and images but expectations differ
  • If the customer refuses the order at the time of delivery without a valid reason
  • For delay caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather, or other logistics-related issues beyond our control
  • For used, washed, damaged, or altered items after delivery

Important

Please record a proper unboxing video while opening the parcel. Claims without clear proof may not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear product photos
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing video

Once verified by our team, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not been shipped, cancellation may be accepted and any eligible prepaid amount may be refunded.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the issue and verify the evidence shared by you.

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method, or
  • Refund may be issued through bank transfer / UPI, depending on the case

Verification Note

All refund requests are subject to approval after internal verification. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Refund Timeline

After approval, refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. However, the final credit timeline may depend on your bank, payment gateway, or UPI provider.

Return Shipping

In approved cases where return is required, our support team will guide you regarding the return pickup or return shipping process.

Return shipping support, if any, will depend on the product type, location, and issue verified by our team.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund is only applicable in approved cases such as wrong, damaged, or defective product claims supported by valid proof.

Orders refused at delivery without valid reason may not be eligible for future COD purchases.
